The Town Clerk’s office can register new voters as well as make corrections/changes to names and addresses of currently registered voters in Effingham.

Please note: that HB 1569 made several changes to the election laws which became effective on Nov 11, 2024, after the General Election.

To register to vote in NH one must provide all proper documentation, no affidavits.

Voters are responsible for bringing all the required documents for registration whether they do go to a Supervisor meeting or Town Clerk office.
