There are 3 Supervisors of the Checklist. They are elected officials serving the voters of the Town of Effingham. Each Supervisor serves a 6-year term. One supervisor is elected in rotation every 2 years.
The supervisors are responsible for updating and maintaining the Checklist of registered voters in Effingham. They hold sessions for the registration of new voters and the correction and deletion of current voter information. The State of New Hampshire determines the dates of the Supervisor sessions. Work sessions and additional public sessions may be added at the Supervisors discretion..
