EFFINGHAM ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Effingham Zoning Board has received an application from Steve Kirk for property owned by Caitlin Morse, located on Bonnyman Road, Effingham, NH, Tax Map 109, Lot 14 for a variance from Article 4, Section 402 seeking a waiver from minimum setback requirements for a 8’ by 10’ deck. The owner’s property requires relief from front, side, and shoreline setbacks. Any interested parties should plan to be present for the scheduled Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 pm for the consideration of relief for their proposed project. If the application is accepted as complete, a public hearing will follow. The consideration of application will take place after any other ZBA business that the board may discuss. The meeting/public hearing will be held in person at the town hall.
