RFP Effingham Public Library Roof Replacement

EFFINGHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY ROOF REPLACEMENT 30 Town House Road, Effingham, NH 03882

The Town of Effingham, NH is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the complete reroofing of the Effingham Public Library located at 30 Town House Road, Effingham, NH 03882. The building is listed on the New Hampshire State Register and the National Register of Historic Places and requires special care during construction.

A mandatory contractor site visit to address any questions from interested parties will be required prior to submitting a proposal and must be completed by Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Questions are due by Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any and all proposals to serve the best interest of the Town. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM Monday, October 5, 2026. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Effingham Town Offices, 68 School Street, Effingham, NH 03882, and clearly marked “Effingham Public Library Roofing Project.”
