PUBLIC NOTICE: Planning Board Site Plan Review from Vertex Towers, LLC

PUBLIC NOTICE - Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that an application for Site Plan Review from Vertex Towers, LLC for property owned by Kelly Purcell at 104 Snow Rd, Effingham, NH; Tax Map 411 Lot 19 for a change of use to include a wireless telecommunication facility, will be submitted to the Effingham Planning Board on October 2, 2025 no earlier than 6:30 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and schedule a public hearing.
