EFFINGHAM PLANNING BOARD, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

The Effingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2025 and Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Effingham Municipal Building at 68 School Street, Effingham, NH regarding the following:  Amendments to the Subdivision Regulations for the Town of Effingham Sections 4 and 5; Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Effingham Articles 3, 8, 10, 15, 16,19, and 22.  The proposed changes are available for public review at the Effingham Municipal Building located at 68 School Street, Effingham, NH.
