Town of Effingham Effingham Planning Board Public Notice

This is a re-notice of a previously approved continuance. This hearing originally noticed on November 18, 2025, for a Public meeting/hearing on December 4, 2025, has been postponed until May 7, 2026, at the request of the applicant. Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for Site Plan Review from Vertex Towers, LLC for property owned by Kelly Purcell at 104 Snow Rd, Effingham, NH; Tax Map 411 Lot 19 for a change of use to include a wireless telecommunication facility, will be continued to be reviewed by the Effingham Planning Board for completeness on Thursday, May 7, 2026 no earlier than 6:30 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal may follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at this Public Hearing, this application will be continued at a date and time agreed upon by the parties and stated at the hearing.
