Planning Board Public Hearing: Klotz Family Trust Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment

EFFINGHAM PLANNING BOARD, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 of the following Application reviews and hearings before the Effingham Planning Board: An application for Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment for property owned by the Klotz Family Trust at 158 Providence Lake Rd, Effingham, NH; Map 404 Lot 6 will be reviewed Thursday, August 6, 2026, no earlier than 6:30 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal may follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at this Public Hearing, this application will be continued at a date and time agreed upon by the parties and stated at the hearing. Applications for Steep Slopes and Wetlands Special Use Permits for property owned by Kelly Purcell at 104 Snow Rd, Effingham, NH; Tax Map 411 Lot 19; Applicant Vertex towers, LLC, will be reviewed by the Effingham Planning Board for completeness on Thursday, August 6, 2026, no earlier than 7:00 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal may follow immediately.
