EFFINGHAM PLANNING BOARD, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 of the following Application reviews and hearings before the Effingham Planning Board: An application for Subdivision for property owned by the Quirk Compound Revocable Trust at 354 Pine River Rd, Effingham, NH; Map 413 Lot 153 will be reviewed Thursday, November 5, 2026, no earlier than 6:30 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Planning Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal may follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at this Public Hearing, this application will be continued at a date and time agreed upon by the parties and stated at the hearing. An application for Subdivision for property owned by Jennifer and David Lowton at 189 Simon Hill Rd, Effingham, NH; Map 418 Lot 1 will be reviewed Thursday, November 5, 2026, no earlier than 6:30 PM at the Effingham Town Hall, located at 68 School St., during a regular meeting of the Planning Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a Public Hearing on the merits of the proposal may follow immediately.
